Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Interact with management to ensure solutions are implemented and completed.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, adjusters, and sub-contractors.
  • Follow the Core Processes of the Emergency Division in a timely manner.
  • Ensure work is performed productively to meet budgets.
  • Track revenue and costs of each project and provide opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize applicable tools and equipment proficiently.
  • Document jobs correctly in job management software (RMS).
  • Work with a Centralized Estimator to review and approve estimates.
  • Negotiate with adjusters on scope and price of services.
  • Collect payments and close jobs in a timely manner.
  • Define and write work orders stating the scope of work.
  • Uphold safety standards and regulations.
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service to all customers.
  • Maintain high standards of PDR Brand excellence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of industry experience in structure and personal property restoration.
  • Knowledge and certifications in property restoration according to IICRC standards.
  • Experience in handling property damage insurance claims.
  • Proficiency in using Xactimate and Xactware.
  • Ability to work in difficult environments and conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pass a criminal background verification and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
