About the position

We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to join our innovative team in Pasadena, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for iOS or Android platforms. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile applications for iOS or Android platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize app performance, ensure stability, and debug application issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies to continuously improve app functionality.
• Ensure applications comply with security protocols and data privacy regulations.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical feedback sessions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven track record of developing and releasing applications on the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS or Kotlin/Java for Android development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with mobile UX/UI design principles, including responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience with Git and other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cross-platform development tools like React Native or Flutter.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Firebase or AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
