About The Position

The Mobile Associate (MA) position at T-Mobile is a customer-facing role within a Retail Team of Experts, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting T-Mobile's products and services. MAs act as brand ambassadors, building relationships with customers and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. This role emphasizes continuous learning and skill development, preparing associates for advancement to the Mobile Expert position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers.
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Helps customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explores individual customer needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Engages in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Approaches service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Becomes skilled in using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services.
• Completes training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and new skills.
• Seeks out information and learns about innovations in wireless and technology during shifts.
• Establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.
• Identifies and hands off small business leads.
• Supports team initiatives and fosters an inclusive environment.
