Mobile Developer - Android

About the position

Team Celer Network is growing and we want you to join us! We're looking for a talented and creative Android developer to join our mobile team. Every engineer works on exciting, meaningful projects, and defines our technical and product strategy. We move fast, have fun, and help each other out.

Responsibilities

• Develop from scratch the Android mobile app with careful training from the lead mobile developer.
• Prototype and implement new features for the app.
• Participate in the overall maintenance of the app.
• Follow closely the app KPIs and report it to the rest of the team.

Requirements

• App development experience on Android, with prior experience in Java or Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of client/server technologies.
• Experience with scaling a mobile application to a large user base.
• Experience with API design and development.
• Experience with unit and functional testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Capable of owning projects and working closely with other engineers.
• Excited to develop, release and run large-scale applications.
• Reliable and professional.
• Obsessed with code quality.
