As a Mobile Expert, you will engage customers to promote and sell mobile devices, accessories, and service plans. You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers will be a key part of your role, as well as utilizing your time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively. You will operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, while also upselling products and services to meet sales targets. Effective communication with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions is essential for success in this position.

Requirements

- Proficient in using cash registers and processing transactions
- Ability to upsell products while providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
