Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in recreational vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Conduct equipment repairs including suspension systems, transmissions, and auto body work.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their concerns and explain repair processes clearly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RV technology to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in equipment repair or vehicle maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems within an RV.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and auto body repair techniques is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to align, maintain, suspend, and transmit various components of recreational vehicles.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to RV repair are advantageous.
• Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
