About the position
The Mobile Service Technician at Honolulu Ford is responsible for performing automotive repair work both on-site and off-site. This role involves diagnosing and resolving automotive problems efficiently and accurately, conducting maintenance services, recalls, and light repairs, while adhering to Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
- Maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools needed for the work.
- Complete all required training.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license & acceptable driving record.
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally in stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills.
