About the position
Belcan is looking for a Modeler / Drafter. This position will be in the Indianapolis office with the opportunity for remote capability a couple of days a week after re-evaluation at six months. This will be a direct full-time position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have around 2-5 years' experience utilizing the Siemens NX software. You will be working with engineers to help design, model, and draft anything from tubes, brackets, tooling, fixtures, up to engine hardware including vanes and blades.
Responsibilities
- Parametric modeling / drafting
- Utilizing ANSI/ASME Y14.5 standards
- Applying GD&T principles
- Communicating effectively both in written and verbal forms
Requirements
- Two to five years of experience with Siemens NX software
- Ability to follow guidelines, standards, and procedures
- U.S. Citizenship is a requirement
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Teamcenter 12
- Aerospace background preferred
