About the position

First Federal Bank is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, where our culture is centered around serving our members and communities. This unique structure allows us to focus on meaningful work and community engagement. As part of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits including paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays, as well as health, dental, and vision insurance. We also offer a 401(K) retirement plan, educational assistance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. Our employees are encouraged to give back through paid community service hours and participation in our Pay-It-Forward program. Since 2003, the First Federal Foundation has contributed over $1.4 million to local non-profits, reinforcing our commitment to community service. If you are looking for a meaningful job and want to be part of a community-focused team, we invite you to apply today.
