About the position

The Multi-Site Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing apartments or townhomes to prospective residents and assisting in the overall performance of the property. This includes managing occupancy rates, turnover, income, and operational efficiency while maintaining the physical condition of the property and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments or townhomes to prospective residents.
• Assist with property performance metrics including efficiency, turnover rate, and occupancy.
• Maintain guest cards and respond to leads.
• Conduct tours of the community and demonstrate apartments to prospects.
• Process applications and generate leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with qualification standards.
• Coordinate move-ins and conduct inspections for move-in and move-out processes.
• Participate in resident retention programs and maintain resident relations.
• Inspect the property daily and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate courteously with residents and applicants.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
