About the position

As a Cloud Account Manager at Oracle, your primary responsibility will be to sell technology software products and related services within a defined territory. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while managing accounts throughout the entire sales process. You will engage in business development activities, including prospecting and gathering specifications, leading to contract negotiations and signing, followed by post-sales support. Leveraging the Oracle sales model, you will aim to maximize revenue growth and enhance local market share. Additionally, you will work to build and expand business partner revenue and self-sufficiency, ensuring a robust and sustainable sales pipeline. In this position, you will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of Oracle's product offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively position solutions to meet customer needs. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Oracle's market presence in the cloud solutions sector. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

Requirements
