The NAMR Commercial Team is at the rockface in driving BCG's commercial agenda with our clients. This is a dynamic, challenging role with multiple responsibilities that require diverse skillsets. In this role, you will partner closely with our experienced Commercial Directors and directly coach, support, and enable our Managing Director & Partners and client account teams on commercial best practices. This individual will also help build and manage the commercial team infrastructure including internal databases, operational processes, advanced analysis, and tool building. Additionally, the role will tackle special projects that will drive innovations and enhancements to current processes and thinking and design the operational aspects of the resulting evolutions in our pricing approach.
