As a National Account Manager (K-12) - HVAC Service Sales, you will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services in large national accounts.
Responsibilities
Work with a few target existing or prospective national accounts.
Assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Insure high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
Work on account and territory business plans on a multi-year, annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Ensure a smooth transition of account management to the appropriate Account Management parties after account relationships are properly established.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Financial and business acumen.
Ability to participate in matrixed sales teams.
Strong skills with relationship building, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Knows principles and processes for providing customer service.
Effective at written and verbal communication.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
