About the position

JRC Incorporated is seeking a National Account Manager with proven sales success in commercial roofing or construction. This role is responsible for the development of long-term relationships and selling our Commercial Roofing and Renovation services throughout the U.S. The position is located at our corporate office just north of Nashville, TN, and candidates must reside in the Middle Tennessee Area. Founded in 1990, JRC Incorporated is one of the nation's premier construction companies, licensed in 48 of 50 states, specializing in commercial and industrial capital improvement projects, primarily steep and low slope roofing, exterior renovations, and siding.

Responsibilities

  • Hunting to identify new business opportunities within National Sales Territory
  • Develop and maintain multi-level relationships with account portfolio
  • Establish prospecting plan; identify potential clients using knowledge of the market, electronic databases, industry trade associations, trade shows, networking events, and other sources of information
  • Through direct calling, email and other contact efforts, identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities
  • Collect and manage market and customer intelligence
  • Manage existing accounts while consistently generating new accounts
  • Deliver detailed sales presentations to owners, executives, and other key personnel

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in commercial roofing or construction
  • National or regional level high dollar sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of construction; roofing, siding, exterior renovations
  • Proven experience in national or regional accounts sales management role
  • Great organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of business development process
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
