We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Janitorial Sales Representative to lead our sales initiatives, forge strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead nationwide sales initiatives, focusing on identifying and capturing market opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value agreements with medium-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and leverage insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and present reports to leadership.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
  • Provide feedback to improve service offerings and address market demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in national or regional sales, preferably within the facility services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Data-driven problem solver with a customer-first approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
