About the position

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Seamless FM. Seamless FM is a leader in Facilities Management, delivering high-quality solutions to national commercial clients across industries such as retail, F&B, convenience stores, and office spaces. We specialize in providing seamless, efficient, and scalable facility services that optimize operational performance for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business development and revenue growth within the Facilities Management sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting annual sales goals, deep industry expertise, and strong relationships with national commercial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth, maintain relationships, and identify opportunities with national commercial clients.
  • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo to source new leads and expand client outreach.
  • Develop competitive proposals, manage the sales process, and secure large contracts.
  • Attend major FM industry events such as Connex, SPECS, RFMA, BOMA to generate leads and establish connections.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Support, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • 5-15 years of Facilities Management sales experience
  • Proven track record of $2M+ in annual sales within a Facilities Management company
  • Experience working with top FM companies
  • Deep understanding of RFP processes & national client sales cycles
  • Familiarity with industry trade shows & networking events (Connex, SPECS, RFMA, BOMA)
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
