The Sales Manager is a dynamic and challenging leadership role. You will play an important part in IMCD's objective to grow earnings for our strategic principals and to drive overall business growth within the Lubricants and Fuels market across the United States. As such, you are passionate about developing and implementing growth strategies for IMCD's sales department to achieve overall business goals and strategies. An excellent communicator and leader, you are able to build and maintain key relationships with our principals and customers. Your key strengths are coaching/leading the commercial organization in the following areas: Sales Excellence, New Business Development, Principal Management, Performance Management, and budgeting. Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated by success, a key focus of this role is to exceed our principal's expectations and develop each member of the team.
