We are looking for an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the United States. This is a high-impact role that requires not only strategic vision and strong leadership but also hands-on execution. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals while driving aggressive sales growth in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Additionally, you will temporarily cover a Regional Sales Manager role, requiring adaptability and a hands-on approach to directly supporting key territories and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the US sales team to exceed targets and drive business growth.
  • Own and execute the national sales strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Actively engage with customers, fostering strong relationships and expanding market presence.
  • Manage performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance sales efficiency, customer experience, and market positioning.
  • Cover a Regional Sales Manager role in the interim, taking direct responsibility for a key sales region.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a national or regional sales management role within the industrial sector.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach comfortable setting direction but also rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
  • Strong background in business development, sales forecasting, and customer engagement.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, balancing cross-functional collaboration with local execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
