About the position

This position is for a .NET Full Stack Developer at a leading provider of advertising audit, incentive, and compliance services based in Memphis, TN. The company has a rich history dating back to 1917, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that assist advertisers in monitoring and validating their promotional expenditures. The role involves developing technology-driven solutions that empower clients to make informed decisions, optimize their marketing strategies, and enhance their overall business performance. The developer will work in a hybrid environment, spending one day onsite and four days working from home, contributing to a collaborative team that designs, codes, and tests applications in a fast-paced setting. As a .NET engineer, you will be responsible for working across the entire system architecture to design, develop, and support high-quality, scalable products and solutions. This includes creating scalable code using .NET, C#, MS SQL, and Angular technologies, employing modern design patterns and Service Oriented frameworks. You will also troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software, lead projects from a technical perspective, and communicate project status and obstacles to project management. Collaboration with peers, solutions architects, business stakeholders, and leadership will be essential to define technical solutions and design approaches. The role requires interaction with various departments and personnel across the organization, ensuring that the developed solutions meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Design, code, and test applications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work across the entire system architecture to design, develop, and support high-quality, scalable products and solutions.
  • Create scalable code using .NET, C#, MS SQL, and Angular technologies.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
  • Lead projects from a technical perspective.
  • Communicate project status and obstacles to project management.
  • Collaborate with peers, solutions architect, business, and leadership to define technical solutions and design approach.
  • Interact with IT personnel, operations personnel, operations management and supervisors, and various other departments across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining .NET applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, including the ability to develop and maintain complex, responsive front-end applications.
  • Functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Fundamental understanding of relational databases and working knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and best practices.
  • Fundamental understanding of application security and best practices.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
