About the position

The NetSuite Sales Account Manager at Oracle is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a portfolio of NetSuite customers. This role focuses on upselling and cross-selling cloud-based business operations solutions, including ERP, CRM, and eCommerce, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The position requires a strong background in software sales and a commitment to achieving sales targets through strategic selling and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Upsell and cross-sell business application solutions within an existing base of NetSuite clients.
  • Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives.
  • Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, complete quotes, and contract preparation and execution.
  • Network internally with NetSuite Peers/Leadership, Value Added Teams, Marketing and Enablement to increase sales performance.
  • Work to improve overall customer happiness within assigned customer accounts.
  • Analyze customers' business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and lead the ongoing business relationship with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record as a top producer in sales.
  • Strong work ethic, focus, passion, and dedication.
  • Ability to learn about technology and translate it into value for customers.
  • Responsive, adaptable, and passionate about results and ownership.
