About the position

Join a team of engineers that are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. You will work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that the network is reliable, secure, and meets the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a large network environment
  • Close audit findings as identified
  • Perform disaster recovery testing
  • Participate in team on-call rotation
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Network administration experience
  • CCNA certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco IOS-XE routers and switches, Cisco Nexus datacenter switches, and Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers
  • Implement and manage cloud networking concepts in Microsoft Azure, including virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and ExpressRoute connections
  • Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama, and network access control using Cisco ISE for 802.1x and TACACS
  • Good understanding of F5 Big-IP load balancers, BGP and OSPF routing protocols, and SolarWinds network monitoring solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud networking concepts in Microsoft Azure and virtualized datacenter environments
  • Automation and scripting skills using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
  • Hold service review meetings with critical vendors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Work occasional weekends and participate in the on-call rotation

  • Operate Cisco ACI infrastructure
  • Design, implement and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including Cisco IOS-XE routers and switches, Cisco Nexus datacenter switches, and Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers
  • Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama, and ensure that security policies are up to date
  • Implement and manage network access control using Cisco ISE for 802.1x and TACACS
  • Operate F5 Big-IP load balancers to ensure high availability and performance of critical applications
  • Maintain and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing protocols and participate in the design and implementation of routing and switching solutions
  • Monitor the network using LogicMonitor network monitoring solutions and take proactive measures to prevent network outages and performance issues
  • Manage Wi-Fi in a large office environment and ensure that wireless network performance meets business requirements
  • Configure and manage WAN Technologies such as Cisco SD-WAN
  • Work in a global, enterprise-class, mission-critical, 7x24x365 network/telecommunication environment
