Your expertise will drive the development, implementation, and operation of new and enhanced services, focusing on continual improvement through tech modernization in LANs, WANs, unified communications, video telecommunications, and streaming services. Responsibilities

Lead complex network implementations, installations, and technical refresh projects
Coordinate with NOC and operational staff to resolve challenging support issues
Spearhead platform upgrades and develop technical resolution reports for critical outages
Manage and optimize network performance, including capacity planning and IP address allocation
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network operations
Perform system patching, including IAVA patches and IOS/software upgrades
Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility problems
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Network team
Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions
Configure and manage network monitoring systems
Develop and test network designs to meet customer requirements efficiently
Lead research and testing of new hardware/software products
Support disaster recovery planning and testing in lab environments
Travel to other sites for network engineering and administration activities (up to 25% CONUS travel)
