About The Position

Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to provide onsite and on-call support for end-users in a desktop computing environment. The role involves coordinating various activities, from simple tasks to complex plans, ensuring optimal service delivery and troubleshooting network issues effectively.

Requirements

• Must be a Green Card holder or Citizen.
• 7+ years of experience in Network administration.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Cisco Meraki Products.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling wireless networks.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Cisco ACI, switches, routers, and Meraki devices.
• Experience in Cisco ASA, Cisco Meraki Firewall, IPSEC VPN, and similar technologies.
• Experience in preparing HLD and LLD architectural diagrams for network.
• Experience in ITSM tool - ServiceNow.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Azure Networking.
• Hands-on experience in Solarwinds monitoring tools - NPM, NCM, and NTA.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Change management and Problem management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users in the desktop computing environment.
• Conduct proactive analysis to identify areas of improvement in network performance.
• Supply SME-level troubleshooting and issue resolution support.
• Standardize the configuration of network devices.
• Coordinate with OEM/3rd party for connectivity and infrastructure issues as needed.
• Plan, schedule, and implement network device software/hardware upgrades and migrations.
• Manage cloud network traffic, including gateway and subnet management.
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a global ACI environment.
• Configure and manage Cisco switches, routers, and Meraki devices.
• Maintain a zero-down ISE infrastructure with expert troubleshooting skills.
• Implement advanced log analysis and correlation to proactively identify network issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot the Infoblox DDI environment with advanced expertise.
• Configure and manage load balancers and authentication protocols.
• Prepare HLD and LLD architectural diagrams for network implementations.
• Prepare detailed project plans for implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions.
• Improve the performance of customer networks, devices, and services.
