Network LAN Architect

About the position

This position requires a professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in networking and communication technologies. The ideal candidate will possess high-level teaming and communication skills to influence and persuade others effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves creating and presenting concepts and recommendations to management. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Internet Protocol (IP) addressing and Variable Length Subnet Mask (VLSM), along with extensive experience in designing and implementing Cisco SDA (Software-Defined Access) and DNAC with Data Center Networking Technologies and Cloud Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Cisco SDA and DNAC solutions.
• Utilize monitoring and alerting tools such as Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, PagerDuty, Nagios, Thousand Eyes, CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, and Site24x7.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of LAN switching technologies including SDA, DNAC, ISE, VXLAN, ACI, fabric path, Spanning Tree, VLAN, and VTP concepts.
• Create and present concepts and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in networking.
• High-level teaming and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Extensive experience with Cisco SDA and DNAC.
• Strong experience with monitoring and alerting tools.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per annum
