Network Wireless Architect

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in Wireless and Identity Services Engine (ISE). The ideal candidate will possess high-level teaming and communication skills to influence and persuade others effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves creating and presenting concepts and recommendations to management. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Cisco Wireless infrastructure for Campus, Data Centers, and remote sites, and will need to collaborate with other network, security, and domain architects to evaluate and introduce new technology standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with network, security, and domain architects to evaluate and introduce new technology standards.
• Implement Cisco SDA (Software-Defined Access) and DNAC with Wireless Network Technologies and Meraki Solutions.
• Utilize analysis tools such as Ekahau and Wireshark for troubleshooting and network management.
• Create and present concepts and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Wireless and ISE.
• Strong experience with both centralized and local Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Strong experience with Cisco Lightweight Access Points.
• Strong understanding of WLAN technologies and network management, including 802.11 b/g/n/ac/ax/be standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with analysis tools such as Ekahau and Wireshark.
• Deep understanding of Local Area Network (LAN) switching technologies including Cisco Wireless, SDA, DNAC, ISE, Virtual LAN (VLAN), STP, Trunking, and Wireless concepts.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification.
• Proficient with scripting technologies, including Python, Bash, Perl, and JavaScript.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 / Annum - $150,000 / Annum
