About the position

The Neurology and Immunology HEVA Cross - Portfolio Lead at Sanofi is responsible for leading Health Economic and Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities for the drug amlitelimab and overseeing cross-portfolio strategies for Immunology. This role involves designing and executing HEOR research, setting evidence generation priorities, ensuring alignment of integrated evidence generation plans, and supporting early pipeline assets. The position requires collaboration within a multi-functional global development team to meet regulatory and reimbursement standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Health Economic and Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities for amlitelimab.
  • Design and execute HEOR research including economic modeling, database analysis, and observational research.
  • Set HEOR evidence generation priorities for amlitelimab asthma and HS.
  • Ensure cross-portfolio alignment of asset level integrated evidence generation plans and budgets.
  • Provide HEVA support for early pipeline assets without an anchor indication in Phase 2 or 3.
  • Collaborate with a multi-functional global development team to design clinical research programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
  • Significant experience making presentations to senior management.
  • Demonstrated high-quality publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Ability to partner with HEVA colleagues and other functional areas.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience in applying various HEOR methods and understanding evidence-based medicine principles.
  • Knowledge of global HTA processes and guidelines; experience with HTA submissions required.
  • Strong understanding of the US Market Access landscape required.
  • Immunology experience required.
  • Experience in dermatology, gastroenterology, and/or respiratory preferred.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry.
