Responsibilities

  • Comprehend and convey complex medical information including disease states and product profiles.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve consistent sales growth.
  • Promote products ethically and in compliance with company sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop professional relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
  • Achieve sales goals and drive product utilization through effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize available resources effectively, including sales aids and educational materials.
  • Anticipate and manage business opportunities within the territory.
  • Overcome access challenges with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and results-oriented approach.
  • Develop an effective territory routing plan to optimize call plan attainment.
  • Record sales activity consistently within the CRM system.
  • Leverage territory sales data to focus on high-value opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, or psychiatry.
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales roles.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player with independent thinking skills.
  • High integrity and honesty in professional conduct.
  • Ability to understand and communicate scientific and technical medical information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion and influencing others.
  • Effective administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the neuroscience field or related therapeutic areas.
