In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the store, adapting to the ever-changing environment. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns promptly, updating associates on customer feedback and company initiatives, and providing recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance. You will also maintain cash controls, oversee labor laws and meal policies, and ensure that the frontline and sales floor are adequately covered. Your leadership will help maintain cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards throughout the store, while also promoting a safe environment by reporting any hazards. Responsibilities

  • Promote a highly satisfied customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
  • Develop high-performing teams through training and mentoring of associates.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly.
  • Update associates on current customer experience feedback, goals, and company initiatives.
  • Train and mentor all associates on policies and procedures.
  • Provide recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance.
  • Maintain and monitor cash controls including change fund.
  • Adhere to all labor laws and meal and break period policies.
  • Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure optimized coverage at frontline and sales floor.
  • Audit and approve paperwork.
  • Maintain cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards throughout the frontline.
  • Monitor all frontline equipment and communicate issues to management.
  • Execute and adhere to company directives.
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising standards within the queue-line.
  • Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper and timely handling of damages and mark out of stock.
  • Promote a safe environment by reporting any type of safety hazard in the store.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to work as a team member.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations.
  • Able to train and provide direction to others.
  • Able to run a register and handle money.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred.
