In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the store, adapting to the ever-changing environment. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns promptly, updating associates on customer feedback and company initiatives, and providing recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance. You will also maintain cash controls, oversee labor laws and meal policies, and ensure that the frontline and sales floor are adequately covered. Your leadership will help maintain cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards throughout the store, while also promoting a safe environment by reporting any hazards.
