About the position
The NICE Engineer position involves working with the NICE Platform Suite, focusing on call recording and analytics. The role requires extensive expertise in Nexidia Discovery/Ingestion processes and interaction flows, as well as experience with NICE voice recording devices and solutions. The engineer will also need to have hands-on experience with MS SQL, particularly with stored procedures and ETL processes.
