Seeking reliable, initiative taking and problem-solving Front Desk personnel to work our PM (3pm-11:30pm) and Night Audit (11pm - 7am) shift. These persons would be responsible for greeting and registering our guests, providing prompt and courteous service, closing out guest accounts upon completion of stay and providing information regarding hotel facilities as well as guest accommodations. Our Front Desk staff represent the hotel throughout all stages of the guest's stay, determines a guests reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. They also assist guests with accommodating special requests whenever possible, assign guests rooms and strive to excel in meeting Marriott's high standards of quality.
