About the position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide overnight care for an adult male patient in Lindenhurst, Long Island, NY. The ideal candidate will possess experience with ventilator care and be comfortable working with patients who have complex medical needs, including a G-tube and tracheostomy. This position requires a compassionate individual who can deliver high-quality care in a home setting, ensuring the patient's comfort and safety throughout the night. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring the patient's vital signs, administering medications, and managing the use of medical equipment such as a pulmonary bed, electric hoyer lift, power chair, food pump, ventilator, and cough assist machine. The role demands a proactive approach to patient care, including the ability to respond to emergencies and communicate effectively with the patient's family regarding care plans and any changes in the patient's condition. Candidates must have a valid NPI# and ETIN#, and provide three references from recent employers or patients. Responsibilities
- Provide overnight nursing care for an adult male patient with complex medical needs.

Requirements
