Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the team.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment.
