Responsibilities
- Accept assignment at any school site.
- Accept assignments after typical hours via primary source of contact and/or electronic mail.
- Accept multiple assignments throughout the day as needed.
- Travel from one site to another throughout the day for multiple assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade, preferably supplemented by courses in cafeteria management, safety and sanitation, and related subjects.
- Basic kitchen skills.
- Experience in kitchen work and serving.
- Maintain a valid food handler certification as required by San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health Services.
- Pass the District Nutrition Services Professional/Rover Test and any combination of written, oral, and performance tests.
Nice-to-haves
- Courses in cafeteria management, safety and sanitation.
- Experience in kitchen work.
