About The Position

The OB/GYN Generalist position at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi & North Central Bronx involves providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in a collaborative environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• See patients in the ambulatory setting
• Schedule cases for the OR
• Provide Labor and Delivery coverage
• Manage GYN inpatient services on day and night shifts
• Divide typical work week into 8-hour shifts for outpatient coverage and GYN surgery, and 12-hour shifts for L&D and GYN inpatient coverage
• Allocate 90% of time to clinical efforts and 10% to administrative tasks such as chart review and teaching
• Participate in one 24-hour weekend call per month

• Annual Base Salary: $279,000* (board eligible); $289,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week
