Overture Home Care is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our staff in delivering the highest quality care to our clients. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented leader with a passion for home care and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations and administrative staff to ensure efficiency
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations, including HIPAA
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize workflow
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success
• Respond to urgent client and caregiver situations to maintain continuity of care
• Assist recruitment, training, and retention efforts for caregivers and office staff
• Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and medical professionals
• Support financial and budget planning to drive business growth

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in home care, healthcare administration, or operations management
• Strong understanding of home care regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing teams, scheduling, and operational workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Software, and Scheduling Software
