About the position

The Office Administrator I position at the Municipal Court is responsible for various administrative tasks that support the court's operations. The role requires a bilingual individual who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish. The position involves handling confidential and complex information, as well as utilizing software tools such as Excel and Word. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in typing and basic grammar and spelling.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development Certificate (GED).
  • Four (4) years of increasingly relevant experience related to the essential tasks listed.
  • One (1) year of experience as an Office Assistant Level III or handling confidential and/or complex information.
  • Experience working with Excel and Word.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
