We aim to deliver unmatched service and expertise with respect to moving money globally. We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of tasks. The Receptionist will also need to be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer/direct incoming calls on multi-line phone system.
  • Direct and answer inquiries about company, products and services.
  • Receive and greet visitors, vendors, and clients.
  • General office duties to include incoming and outgoing mail, as well as order and maintain office supplies.
  • Facilities, work with building engineer/property management for daily maintenance of office space (e.g. HVAC, elevators, etc.).
  • Process ID badges for new hires/issue and maintain access control functions- verification of employee- and/or visitor identification.
  • Work alongside IT Security to ensure company is within security compliance.
  • Maintain conference room calendar on both 24th and 25th floors.
  • Coordinate refreshments and food for executive meetings as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks to support Executive Assistant to CEO and Executive team.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Accountable and flexible.
