About the position

The Office Administrator / Title Clerk at Xtreme Machines is responsible for managing various administrative tasks in a busy motorcycle dealership office. This role requires a reliable and organized individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, including processing titles and registrations, managing phone communications, and assisting with company events.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage heavy phone traffic, including intercom paging.
  • Fill out titles, title applications, registration cards, and certificates of ownership for sold units.
  • Submit loan documents and track payments.
  • Take DMV paperwork to the DMV for processing and pick up.
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Set up new deal jackets, file documents, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Help set up and execute company events.

Requirements

  • Must be reliable and organized.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task.
  • Outgoing with attention to detail.
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Computer literate, with experience in Light Speed.
  • Able to operate office machines such as fax, copier, computer, and scanner.
  • Capable of handling a busy office with multiple tasks occurring simultaneously.
