Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing and tracking office forms, purchasing supplies, and serving as the main point of contact for security clearances and visitor inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to pass a customer background check for access to facilities, equipment and property.
