Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage office space and office supplies
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, tenants, and walk-ins
  • Assist with Fleet Management
  • Assist with Contract Management
  • Assist in A/R and A/P tasks
  • General office support including copying, faxing, filing, and scanning
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned
  • Scanning monthly requisitions for Accounts Receivable Specialist

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
