Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage shipping logistics, including LTL, TL, and FedEx shipments.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Support business operations, handling customer communications, sales orders, and administrative tasks.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales and operations teams to keep processes running seamlessly.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Education: College, Business School, or Community College degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in office administration, executive assistance, office management, or general business operations.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Work Ethic: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Technology: Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus. Candidates with 2+ years of Acumatica experience will receive a sign-on bonus.
