Responsibilities

  • Answer a multi-line phone system and greet clients and the public.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and track usage appropriately.
  • Provide clerical and receptionist services to support office workflow.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to assist in providing services to Health Care Services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in clerical tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, typing, filing, sorting mail, entering data, receiving payments, making change, or maintaining logs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
