Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process maintenance to fleet vehicles
  • Maintain precise records of maintenance issues with facilities
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action as needed
  • Facilitate and oversee office space allocation and layout planning
  • Manage and track Authority vehicles registrations, including safety checks and maintenance
  • Handle receptionist duties as assigned, such as greeting visitors and answering telephone calls
  • Coordinate office moves and adjustments to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Maintain log of registered mail and other key correspondence
  • Collect and compile statistical data to prepare monthly reports
  • Operate and perform light maintenance on standard office equipment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and handling high volume phone calls
  • Proficiency in Data Entry with an emphasis on accuracy, speed, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to manage Phone Lines effectively, including handling multiple lines and maintaining detail-oriented telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
