Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while answering telephone calls, emails, and incoming correspondence.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and employees.
  • Process cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Utilize various software programs.
  • Maintain current filing of customer documents.
  • Wear personal protective equipment when needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of environmental and office objectives.
  • Provide back-up office assistance and participate in other duties such as special projects, as requested by Management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of current experience.
  • Adhere to safety and health standards.
  • Demonstrate motor skills to balance and stabilize on uneven and moving surfaces.
  • Receive training during new employee orientation, and thereafter, as needed.
