About the position

The Accounting Office Associate - Inventory is responsible for managing the new and used vehicle inventory across all Balise locations. This role involves processing vehicle purchases, managing titles, and performing various accounting tasks to ensure accurate inventory records and financial reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Process new and used vehicle purchases in CDK.
  • Bill and post dealer swaps and auction sales.
  • Manage internal accounting entries for transfers between all Balise locations.
  • Oversee title and MSO management.
  • Conduct accounting schedule reconciliations.
  • Perform various monthly internal inventory and accounting audits.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Administrative and computer skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • EVR knowledge is preferred but not required.
