About the position

Spherion Naples is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk fluent in both English and Spanish to support the administrative team and field staff at a long-standing Landscaping Company. This role is essential for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring excellent customer service through various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily job schedules for our field teams
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping for client information and job details
  • Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and track expenses
  • Maintain inventory of office and landscaping supplies; reorder as necessary
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and handle inquiries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business administration or related field is a plus
  • 1-4 years of previous experience in an office clerk, office support or administrative assistant role
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting tasks is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
