This role is essential in managing office processes, coordinating with vendors, and supporting team members to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office calendars, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Develop training programs for staff development and onboarding new employees.
  • Lead team management initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and managing office supplies.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office
  • 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in calendar management and order tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively
