Responsibilities

  • Serve as office receptionist, answering phones and returning calls.
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist them as needed.
  • Collaborate with other office members as part of a team.
  • Maintain a neat and clean work environment.
  • Schedule future pickups and deliveries.
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary.
  • Handle billing and create invoices daily.
  • Receive materials such as wheels and bikes occasionally.
  • Make reminder calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Experience in the powder coating industry is required.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Desire for a long-term job.
  • Ability to run an office independently without constant supervision.

Benefits
