About the position

The Office Manager at Linked Media is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations within a boutique marketing and advertising agency. This part-time role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with both internal team members and external clients and vendors. The position involves managing various office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate agency activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including assisting with invoicing and managing vendor and client aging
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets representing monthly and annual client billing by vendor
  • Work professionally with internal team members and external partners like clients and vendors
  • Assist with monthly client-facing reporting in advertising and marketing deliverables
  • Respond to and handle all communications in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a marketing or advertising agency preferred
