Responsibilities

  • Meet and/or exceed the mutually agreed goals for success with Service.
  • Responsible for coordination of Service Contract activities including follow up of order entry, order tracking and scheduling.
  • Review layouts, drawings and be the primary contact for updates and information flow that occurs in an accurate and timely manner for Service Contract orders.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining sales tools including surveys, reference lists, status updates, presentations, standard proposals, and technical guidelines.
  • Maintain sufficient data and report information as requested by the Manager of Business Development.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the functions within the defined areas of responsibility in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Effectively manage and safeguard corporate assets under the individual's responsibility.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (4 years) from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in business with 3 years directly in a related field.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn and work ethics with a customer focus.
  • Adequate systems knowledge to function effectively.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities sufficient to be an effective problem solver.
  • Demonstrated inter-personal skills to be an effective team member.
  • IBM compatible personal computer skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Access is a plus.
